The transformation to a Data Culture is a must to realize Rabobank’s strategy to become a data driven enterprise. Data & Analytical literacy is the key enabler in this transformation process to get Rabobank into the next step in our Data Culture Transformation. That’s why our team is developing and implementing a program to increase the D&A Literacy on all levels within Rabobank. Are you ready to make this happen?
Practical Examples
• Implement the strategy within all different business units of Rabobank.
• Execute the developed learning paths on a cross department level.
• Manage and delivering the needed content for learning paths for teams or specialized roles
• Manage and implement the marketing / communication plan for all aspects of our program.
• Make real impact by organising companywide D&A events.
• Optional: Follow our “train the trainer” learning path and become one of the Certified D&A Literacy In-House Trainers of Rabobank.

Master degree, 1-3 years (medior position) working experience or 3 – 5 years ( senior position) working experience

Salary
Global People is bound to the salary scales provided by the client. For mediors, this is a scale 8/9 position (€3292-€5437) and for seniors scale 10/11 (€4537-€7779) based on 36 hours gross per week.
